This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Heart Rate - Pulse Monitor (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), which is developed and distributed by Dev Soft Bolivia (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free mobile service. The Application is provided to users on an "AS IS" basis. This policy complies with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable Android platform rules, and fully discloses all data collection, usage, sharing, permission access and user rights related to the Application.

1. Permission Access & Purpose Disclosure

To implement core heart rate and pulse monitoring functions, the Application requests the following runtime permissions from users. All permissions are requested only for legitimate functional purposes, and no unnecessary permissions will be collected in accordance with Google’s permission guidelines:

-Camera Permission: Required to capture real-time light changes through the device camera. The Application uses photoplethysmography (PPG) technology to detect and calculate your heart rate and pulse data. This permission is mandatory for the core monitoring function; the Application cannot work normally if you deny this permission.

- Flashlight Permission: Used together with the camera to provide stable light sources for heart rate detection, ensuring the accuracy of pulse measurement in low-light environments.

- Body Sensors Permission (android.permission.BODY_SENSORS / android.permission.health.READ_HEART_RATE): Access device body sensor data to read real-time heart rate information, record historical pulse data, and generate personal health records for you.

- Device Storage Permission: Used to locally store your heart rate history records, measurement logs and application configuration data. Your health data will only be saved on your device by default.

- Internet Access Permission: Required to load third-party service resources, transmit aggregated anonymous data, receive version updates and push service notifications.

You may enable or disable the above permissions at any time through your mobile device’s system settings. Disabling certain permissions will cause corresponding functions of the Application to be unavailable.
